About Us

Blooms Floral Boutique is owned and operated by two sisters with a love for giving and receiving flowers. Since launching, we have worked tirelessly to provide custom arrangements that are made with creativity and quality. Our flowers are carefully selected and uniquely arranged to ensure that every customer and recipient enjoys a wonderful experience. We hand-deliver all arrangements and update our clients upon delivery. We can also create beautiful floral pieces and installations for events. Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! e-Gift cards can be purchased for any amount and they can be redeemed anytime. Call/text us to purchase. We will issue the e-Gift card via email so the recipient will always have access to it.

What are the payment options?

If you order through our website you can pay for your order online. If you call/text us to place your order, we can process your payment over the phone or we can send you an invoice so that you an pay it at your convenience.

What are the store policies?

We promise to do our best to provide wonderful experience for you and the person you are sending flowers to. However, please keep in mind that flowers are a product of mother nature, and mother nature can sometimes be unpredictable. Flowers vary by seasons, and sometimes they come unique shapes or have unique markings. Nonetheless, we will do our best to provide quality flowers. We add flower food to all of our arrangements and we provide flower care tips to help you maximize the flower's life span. 


However, if you are unhappy with our product or service, let us know within two days of delivery and we will either replace the arrangement or provide store credit at our discretion. 


If you wish to cancel an order, please cancel within 48 hours prior to delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund once flowers have been delivered.


If you have placed a special request for specific flowers, cancellation must be made prior to our purchase of the specific flowers. If the order is canceled after we have purchased the flowers, only store credit may be available.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. 

What is the delivery policy?

We deliver all arrangements to the recipients home or workplace. If the recipient does not answer the door, we will leave the arrangement by the front door. If the delivery is to a workplace, we will leave the flowers at the front desk/receptionist if the recipient cannot be located. If you would like to arrange delivery instructions different than this, please call/text us to arrange.

The delivery may take place at any time during the morning, afternoon, or evening. We generally provide an estimated delivery window. Once the flowers have been delivered, we will provide delivery confirmation via text message.
